Security Deposit $1000:  A security deposit of $1000 is required for all Packages. The security deposit is and additional fee and is not part of the wedding package rental. The security deposit is refundable to the client up to 3 weeks after the event has been held at the property.  The security deposit will be refunded once the property has been inspected for any damages or missing items. Any damages or missing items that exceed the amount of the security deposit shall be the responsibility of the client.  In the event of a date change. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable 30 days after the deposit was received.  In the event of a change of date that results in cancellation.   The deposit and package price is non-refundable.

Down Payment: 50% of the package price is due at the signing of the contract.  Within 30 days of receiving the security deposit. If the first half of the package price isn't received after the 30 days. The Deposit is non-refundable.   The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event.
