Security Deposit $750:  A security deposit of $750 is required for all Packages. The security deposit is and additional fee and is not part of the wedding package rental. The security deposit is refundable to the client up to 3 weeks after the event has been held at the property.  The security deposit will be refunded once the property has been inspected for any damages or missing items. Any damages or missing items that exceed the amount of the security deposit shall be the responsibility of the client.  In the event of a cancellation or change of date.   The  deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable 30 days after the deposit was received.

Down Payment: 50% of the package price is due at the signing of the contract.  Within 30 days of receiving the security deposit. If the first half of the package price isn't received after the 30 days. The Deposit is non-refundable.   The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event.
